We want to make sure your Canyon Reel always runs as smoothly as the day you first bought it, so we offer servicing on all models that we sell. Some products have been discontinued, but please still contact us to see if there is anything we can do to get you up and fishing again.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your model number, estimated date of purchase, a description of the issue you are having or the service you are requesting, and a copy of your proof of purchase if it is under warranty.
We will reply to your email with an estimate for the cost of the service or repair. Please realize that there is a chance your reel may be past the point of help. We assess each request and will respond accordingly.
Carefully package your reel so it arrives safely to us. Inside the box, please include a piece of paper with your return shipping address and contact information. Payment in the form of a check payable to "Canyon Reels" for the total quoted cost should also be included.
Once your repair or service is complete we will package and return your reel, good as new! If for any reason additional work is required, we will be in touch with an updated quote.
